You could say we're pretty fond of our brews, after all we're all about enjoying a cold one with good company, so it was quite fitting to extend our brew family by introducing The Gilly. No, it's not Adam Gilchrist.

The Gilly joins our line-up of 18 tap beers and brings its own little piece of history and personality to the bar mix. The Gilly is lovingly brewed in Bamberg, a town in Northern Bavaria, Germany, at a family owned and operated brewery with a long history dating back to 1718. Beer has been brewed in Bamberg since 1039 with the Benedictine Monks originally granted the first brewing charted in 1122, so it's safe to say they know what they are doing! We love a little history around here.

The Gilly is shiny straw yellow in appearance with elegantly ascending carbon dioxide and a snowy white compact head. With a fresh aroma hop bouquet it hits the middle palette and is complimented by a hint of summer barley. Typically, Bavarian malt body follows the fresh tangy initial sensation. The finale produces a long lasting bitterness and a light, fruity sweetness.

We are all about good things in life and the $7 Gilly is brewed completely free of any preservative and additives. You'll be in your hoppy place!

Ask one of our smooth hoperators at the main bar to pour you our newest member on tap - you can't miss it
