NITRO ESPRESSO WHAT?

We like to do things a little differently around here, so of course we are one of the only venues in WA that offer Espresso Martinis on tap… yes, we tapped that.

Usually the cocktail making process is time and labour intensive – ever waited that little bit too long for your drink? Or worse, getting one that doesn’t taste as good as the last one #sadface This new technology introduces consistency and time saving, which means all the deliciousness no matter who makes it for you and more time to enjoy with your friends!

We use 19litre kegs which are personally made by our Bar Manager, Tristan! He feels like a bit of a mad scientist measuring the ingredients with precision, but only a passionate perfectionist can be responsible for such an easily ruined keg, no pressure Tristan.

What’s in it you ask? We use premium vodka (Ketel), Kahlua, Cold Drip Coffee (Little Drippa) and Vanilla Syrup (Monin) for a slight vanilla kick - all the premium usual suspects you would find in any cocktail bar regardless of if it was made by hand or on tap. There is only one big difference in the process, when the drink is poured in a normal handmade martini the longer it’s left the worse the creamy head gets, whereas by tap, it’s the reverse! Think of it like serving a Guinness, the head builds over time.

A starter, night cap or substitute for your coffee - any excuse will do!
